After your job has been scoped and you confirm my availability, email your transcript in PDF format to email@example.com.
If you need help, click here for instructions to convert your file to PDF.
Step 2: I will proofread your transcript.
Annotations are made directly onto the PDF. You will see red annotations and yellow highlighting. My resources include:

I encourage my clients to complete and return a Reporter’s Preference Sheet. This will enable me to proof according to your preferences.
Step 3: Delivery of your transcript.
I will email a PDF of the annotated pages only. This makes it easier for you to see only the suggested corrections.
It is important that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader so that you can see all my corrections.
